Starfest Printed Schedule
It took about three years of complaining,
but we're finally back to the grid!

It used to be possible to print a grid format schedule for the convention, when we didn't have so many tracks of programming. About three years ago we had to go to a TV Guide style schedule and print it on an 11"x17" sheet of paper - the biggest our photocopy guy could print. This year, with the addition of even more tracks of programming planned, we had to come up with another solution.

Upon investigation, we discovered that the company that prints our program book also prints newspapers and we could print the schedule as a poster. What does that mean? We get to go back to the Grid! This year the schedule will be printed on a two-sided, single-sheet of paper. Now the bad news, it's a monster-sized 22"x17" - the same size as a page of the Rocky Mountain News.

Unless you have a monster-sized printer or can cut it into pieces, you'll have a hard time printing the schedule from these images. I've learned anything though, you guys are resourceful. By the way, even though this will be the schedule handed out at the convention, we will continue to make changes here online until the convention starts. Once the convention starts, changes will be on the screens in the Main Events Room at the convention.

at The Colorado Center Theater (I-25 & Colorado Blvd)
The eerie and deserted town of SILENT HILL draws a young mother desperate to find a cure for her only child’s illness. Unable to accept the doctor’s diagnosis that her daughter should be permanently institutionalized for psychiatric care, Rose (Radha Mitchell) flees with her child, heading for the abandoned town in search of answers – and ignoring the protest of her husband (Sean Bean). After a car accident on the outskirts of Silent Hill, Rose wakes up to find that her daughter has mysteriously disappeared. It soon becomes clear that this place is unlike anywhere she’s ever been: it’s smothered by fog, inhabited by a variety of strange beings and periodically overcome by a living Darkness that literally transforms everything it touches. As Rose searches for her little girl, she begins to learn the history of the strange town and realizes that her daughter is just a pawn in a larger game.
