Richard Chevolleau
Richard plays Augur, the eccentric
computer genius in Gene Roddenberry's Earth: Final Conflict.
Richard was originally scheduled for Starfest '99, however, due to a
filming commitment at that time he was rescheduled for this
convention. He will be appearing on Saturday and Sunday.
Mr. Chevolleau has amassed an impressive list of credits
in television, with leading roles on such series as Matt Waters starring
Montel Williams, The Great Defender, Forever Knight, RoboCop and ATLANTIS
Films' TekWar. He has also guest starred in a number of series,
including New York Undercover and Top Cops. Chevolleau has leading
roles in the upcoming television movies Dog Boys, directed by Ken
Russell, with Dean Cain and Bryan Brown, and The Wall, starring Edward
James Olmos. He has also appeared in 12 feature films, including two projects
with the acclaimed director Clement Virgo, Save My Lost Nigga' Soul
and Rude.
Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Chevolleau was raised in
Toronto, where he experimented with acting early in his schooling. Following
high school, he studied the Meisner Technique under Paul Bardier and later
trained at the Maggie Bassett Studio. He has also developed a wide variety of
physical skills as diverse as boxing and juggling. Appearing in Gene
Roddenberry's Earth: Final Conflict is a high point in his career, having
shared a lifelong love of the Star Trek series with his father.
When not on location, Richard Chevolleau lives with
his family in Toronto.
