Art Show
One of the long-standing traditions of the convention is the Art Show.  The Starfest and Starcon art shows are run by a local professional artist, Carl Chopp.   We are proud to boast that many of the budding artists who have exhibited their work at our conventions have gone on to sell their work to publishers and movie studios.

Certainly, not all of artwork at the Art Show is of professional caliber.   We encourage all types of expression and have displayed everything from refrigerator art to huge murals.  When you come to the convention, be sure you make the Art Show a must see event.

No pre-registration is necessary, your art work can be entered at any time during the convention.  Registration begins Friday night at 6pm.  Minimum entry fee is $5.00 for a 4ft x 2ft display panel, each additional panel is $2.00.  A 4ft x 4ft panel is $7.00.  Table space for sculpture and 3-D artwork is available with a $5.00 minimum entry fee.  The convention receives 10% of all sales.  For more info call Carl at 303-367-5675 or e-mail him at bgcarl@aol.com.
