Patrick Kilpatrick
This 6'3" actor is really good at being bad. So good, he been asked to play opposite most of Hollywood's heavy hitting heroes: Tom Cruise, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Steven Seagal, Bruce Willis, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Tom Selleck, and Chuck Norris. One of the reasons Patrick is so-often paired with the big action stars is that he is more than capable of getting physical. He excelled at high school sports, that is until a near-fatal car accident steered him into writing. After college, he wrote for Playboy, Sports Illustrated, Life, People, Interview and Time.

Itching for a change of pace, Patrick started taking classes at Julliard and broke into the New York theater scene. His first genre film was Remo Williams - he was the guy with the diamond stud in his tooth! That same year he appeared in The Toxic Avenger.

Kilpatrick says that he's most often recognized for his role as The Sandman in Death Warrant, opposite Jean-Claude Van Damme. As Van Damme's torturer he got deliver two great lines in that movie: "Welcome to Hell" and "Time to bleed."

His genre movie credits include: Minority Report, The Replacement Killers, Eraser, Beastmaster III: The Eye of Braxus, Scanner Cop II, The Stand, Remo Williams and The Toxic Avenger - on TV - Roswell, Dark Angel, The X-Files, Angel, Star Trek: Voyager, Charmed, Star Trek: DS9, Timecop, Sleepwalkers, Nowhere Man, The Lazarus Man, Babylon 5, Legend, Lois & Clark, Time Trax, Raven and Tales From the Darkside.

Patrick will be appearing at Starfest on Saturday, April 26th. He'll be available for autographs and to just talk about his work past, and upcoming, throughout the weekend. As I talked to him before the show he was off to appear in an episode of the new Dragnet series.
