 Larry NemecekStar Trek Author Larry's someone that took his part-time hobby and turned it into a profession. After writing several successful fanzines on Star Trek, he worked his way into the Pro side of the business with his book Star Trek: The Next Generation Companion. He has worked as a regular contributor and editor on the www.startrek.com website and most recently as editor of The Communicator, the magazine of the Official Star Trek Fan Club. Together, with his wife, Janet, he successfully pitched a story for Star Trek: Voyager that later became the episode Prophecy. He is still very-much involved in things Trek and has recently revised his book which he'll be bringing to sign at the convention. Mr. Nemecek will be presenting a couple of panels at Starfest and be on-hand Friday-Sunday, April 25-27, 2003. |
