Richard
HatchMr. Hatch has enjoyed international recognition for more than two decades. He starred in The Streets of San Francisco for which he won Germany’s Bravo Award (the equivalent of an Emmy Award), and Battlestar Galactica (as Apollo), for which he was nominated for a Golden Globe. In addition, Richard originated the role of Philip Brent on ABC’s All My Children. Richard began his theatrical career with the Los Angeles Repertory Theater. He starred off-Broadway in several plays and musicals, including the Obie Award winning play PS, Your Cat Is Dead in Chicago. Most recently, Richard starred in the musicals Pepper Street and The Name Game in Los Angeles. Richard is very busy with his production company MerlinQuest Entertainment which is developing a new Sci-Fi series and CD ROM Game entitled The Great War of Magellan. He also continues to write Battlestar Galactica novels; the latest titled Destiny, is set to hit bookstores this spring. He just completed a 3-book deal for his Magellan series and continues to act and lecture on his popular philosophical teachings expounded in his book Bridges to Heaven. Richard will be appearing on our expanded Friday schedule as a speaker where he'll present footage from The Great War of Magellan and also show a teaser film he produced for a proposed Battlestar Galactica series. Richard will be signing autographs Friday, Saturday & Sunday and participate in the Photo with the Stars program. We are so happy that Mr. Hatch will be at Starfest, this man certainly lets no moss collect on his rolling stone! |
