Get Your Room Reserved Right Away!

Starfest is an all-weekend event. Since we have activities scheduled pretty-much around the clock, you'll really appreciate having a room at the convention so you can occationally take a breather and then get right back into the action. It also helps to have a place to store all the stuff you'll pick up at the show and not have to lug it around.

This year we've added a second hotel to the Starfest Entertainment Festival. Not only are we returning to the Marriott Denver Tech Center, but we've added additional rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel next door. The majority of the Starfest action will be taking place at the Marriott, but all of the activities for GameFest and ComicFest will happening at the Hilton.

Balcony Challenge

Lots of people like to get rooms in the Atrium at the Marriott so they can decorate their balconies. We even have movie studios that sponsor the contest with prizes given to those that participate and are willing to decorate their balconies to a specific theme.

If you'd like to participate in the Balcony Challenge, we recommend that you book your room early and check in to the Marriott as soon as you can. The rooms in the Atrium of the Marriott go fast. The only way to be absolutely guaranteed an Atrium room is if you check in on Thursday. There are quite a few people that have been starting the convention weekend a day early and there are often activities listed on our Message Board for people coming to the convention on Thursday night.

Getting There

Both hotels are located at the corner of Syracuse and Union in the Denver Tech Center. They are right across the bridge from the S. Union Light Rail Station. If you take the train to the show, you don't even have to worry about parking your car for the weekend.

If you are driving to the hotel for the convention, don't worry, there is no charge for parking at the Marriott during the convention. It is best to arrive at the convention early if you want to be able to park close to the convention entrance. The Marriott also has a limited amount of valet parking available.

Space is also available in the office building parking lot to the East of the Hotel on the other side of Syracuse after 5pm on Friday and throughout the weekend - just make sure you move your car before Monday morning.

Getting Your Room

The Marriott often sells out of rooms in advance of the convention. Get your reservation booked right away.

The discounted convention rate at the Marriott is $94.00 for one to four people in a room. Rooms at the Hilton are $89 for one to two people and $94 for rooms sleeping three to four people. Both hotels also have discounted suites and executive rooms available for the convention. Contact the hotels directly to reserve your rooms. Just be sure to mention you are coming for Starfest or you will not get the discounted convention rate. We don't want you to pay more than you have to.
